Due to the nature of our services, all purchases, payments, deposits, retainers, consultation fees, service fees, digital products, and other transactions are final and non-refundable, except as expressly provided below.
Once a payment has been submitted and a service, consultation, product, or project has been scheduled, initiated, or made available, the purchase cannot be canceled or refunded solely due to a change of mind, change in business circumstances, failure to use the service, or dissatisfaction with the outcome where N’Spired Concierge Business Consulting & Developments has performed the services as agreed.
Exception for Company Error
A refund, credit, correction, or other appropriate remedy may be considered only when N’Spired Concierge Business Consulting & Developments has made an error that directly results in the failure to provide the service or product that was purchased and agreed upon.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information, documentation, payments, approvals, and other materials necessary for us to perform the services.
N’Spired Concierge Business Consulting & Developments shall not be responsible for delays, inability to complete services, additional costs, missed deadlines, or other consequences resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information or materials provided by the client.
No Guarantee of Business Results
Payment for our services represents payment for the professional services provided, not a guarantee of a particular business, funding, credit, financial, regulatory, or other outcome unless a specific written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Results may depend on factors outside of our control, including information provided by the client, third-party decisions, lender or creditor requirements, government agencies, regulatory requirements, market conditions, and other external circumstances.
Acceptance of Policy
By completing a purchase, submitting payment, booking a service, or otherwise engaging N’Spired Concierge Business Consulting & Developments, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to this All Sales Final & Refund Policy.
N’Spired Concierge Business Consulting & Developments reserves the right to update this policy as necessary. The version posted on the website at the time of purchase will govern the applicable transaction, subject to applicable law.
